I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m a psychologist who believes therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and genuinely affirming.
I work with young people, families, and neurodivergent individuals to explore things like anxiety, identity, burnout, and self-worth, always at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is warm, creative, and grounded in real connection. You won’t find cold clinical vibes here — just care, clarity, and a space where you’re allowed to be your authentic self.
Flourish From Within

Flourish From Within ✽
I do this work because I know how much it matters to feel truly heard, to sit with someone who sees beyond the surface.
For many of the young people I work with, that hasn’t always been their experience. Whether it's masking, burnout, or just feeling like you're "too much" or "not enough," therapy should be a place where none of that needs to be hidden. This work gives me the chance to walk alongside people as they reconnect with their strengths, identity, and self-worth, and there’s nothing more meaningful than that.
What Guides My Work
CALM & COMFORT
Therapy can feel vulnerable; the space shouldn’t add to that. From the environment I create to how we work together, I prioritise warmth, calm, and small touches of care that help you exhale and feel at ease.
AUTHENTICITY
I show up as a real person, always honest, down-to-earth, and transparent. You don’t have to perform or pretend here. You’ll get radical genuineness from me, and I’ll always meet you with curiosity, not judgment.
PROGRESSIVE,
AFFIRMING CARE
I believe psychology is for more than just “fixing” problems. It can be a space for exploration, identity, healing, and growth. I work from a neurodiversity-affirming lens, breaking down stigma and supporting people in building a strong sense of self, not changing who they are.
Other Key Parts of my Story
I have extensive experience working with young people, particularly those navigating school demands, burnout, social pressures, and complex inner worlds.
01
I work alongside families and, where appropriate, with schools to support advocacy for young people’s needs and to foster environments that help them feel understood, supported, and able to thrive.
02
I have experience and a strong interest in supporting internalised and high-masking presentations of autism and ADHD, offering therapy and assessments that are thoughtful and individualised.
03
I bring creativity and flexibility into my sessions, because therapy should feel like it fits you, not the other way around.
